It's easy! Go to our rewards page and click the 'JOIN NOW' button. Enter your name, email address, and create a password to sign up.
If you've made purchases in the previous year, be sure to create your account using the same email address you used at checkout to access those points.
Earn 1 points for every $1 spent.
There are additional actions you can take to earn additional points. These actions can be found on the rewards page. For example, leaving a review on a product after purchasing & receiving the automated review request email will earn you bonus points.
To use your points, ensure you are logged into your account on the website when you go to checkout. Redemptions can be used on orders of $40 or more and you can use up to 400 points at one time. 100 points = $5.00. In your cart at checkout, there will be a simple drop down that allows you to apply your points.
Unfortunately, not at this time.
If you apply rewards points towards a purchase, other discount codes will not work. Rewards codes / application may not be available if there is a site wide automatic promotion in affect such as a 'Buy 2 for $X' or other BOGO offers.
Simply log into your account and you will see your total points balance. You can also click the 'REWARDS HISTORY' button to see your points history in detail.
Yes, points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
To stay "active" so your points don't expire, do one of the below:
- Make a purchase
- Earn points through an action (except for the birthday reward)
- Complete a referral
- Share a referral
- Redeem points
Customers who surpass 12 months without completing one of the above mentioned actions will lose their accrued point balance.
The most common reason for this is that rewards points are only awarded to 'Verified Buyers'. To be a verified buyer on the item you are leaving a review on, you must have purchased the product through the online shop and receive the automated review email request that is sent to your email after purchasing & receiving your product.
If you submit a review directly on the site instead of via the automated request, you will not be rewarded loyalty points.

VIP statuses are calculated on a rolling 12 month basis. Once you reach a tier, you will retain that tier for 1 year from the date at which point your new tier will be recalculated based on the amount you have spend in the trailing 12 months.
